A person reads every message, and state-page corrections reported by readers are checked against the state's own pages and fixed with a fresh rules-checked stamp when the state source confirms them.
Your kit opens on its own page right after checkout. Keep that page address — it is your copy of the kit, including the reminder calendar files and the worksheets. If you lose the address, write from the email used at purchase and we will resend it.
We cannot file a report with a state for you, ask a state to waive a late fee (Florida's $400 fee has no waiver provision at all), or give legal or tax advice about a specific LLC. For those, the state's filing help lines (printed in the kit for Florida) and a licensed professional in your state are the right doors.
